Enriched selective adsorption-photocatalytic activity of Poly (vinyl alcohol)/Polyaniline/TiO2 (PVA/PANI/TiO2, noted as PAT) recyclable hydrogel photocatalyst with 3D structures were prepared by self-assembling and electron beam radiation crosslingking method. TiO2 nanoparticles were successfully introduced into the 3D matrix of the PVA/PANI hydrogel and manifested by FTIR, TG, XRD, XPS, and SEM-EDS. The microstructure of PAT was characterized further by SEM, TEM, and BET. The highly selective adsorption-photocatalytic activity of PAT was tested by the degradation of cationic or anionic dye and reduction of heavy metal ion in a closed and flow system under UV light irradiation. The results showed that PAT had a highest selective adsorption-photocatalytic performance at the appropriate content of PVA (10 wt %), TiO2 (15 wt %) and suitable radiation dose (50 kGy), which could be attributed to the synergistic effect of excellent selective adsorption and effective photocatalytic degradation. The mechanism of selective adsorption-photocatalytic on PAT was revealed synchronously in this study. Particularly, the novel PAT photocatalyst with 3D network structure also affords ease of separation and recycling, which is beneficial to water purification in a flow system. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 多效蒸发器结垢的问题常常发生,影响热效率和装置的正常运行。为明确导致蒸发器结垢的原因和成分,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、等离子发射光谱(ICP)、扫描电镜能谱(SEM-EDS)、偏光显微镜、拉曼光谱和离子色谱等分析测试技术,对浙江大洋生物科技集团股份有限公司的氯化铵多效蒸发器上的不明结垢物做了表征和分析。结果表明,该结垢物的主要成分为磷酸铁、氧化铝和有机物的混合物。探讨了发生上述结垢的原因,并提出相应的解决方案,减少了公司氯化铵蒸发器的结垢。  相似文献

介绍国内外废旧轮胎综合利用传统方式和新模式以及发展方向。废旧轮胎综合利用的传统方式主要包括轮胎翻新、热能利用、热裂解、制备再生橡胶、制备胶粒和胶粉。结合有代表性的企业重点介绍了从废旧轮胎到胶粒、胶粉应用,从废旧轮胎到改性胶粉应用,从废旧轮胎到混炼胶、新轮胎或橡胶、橡塑制品全产业链闭合生态圈新模式,针对我国废旧轮胎高值化综合利用存在的循环利用率低,管理体系欠缺,政策立法不够全面等问题,提出应建立健全法律法规和回收体系,构建循环利用产品标准及准入机制,加快技术与综合利用模式的创新。  相似文献

Isocyanate and amine solution are microencapsulated, respectively, via in situ polymerization to realize the self-healing function in epoxy matrix. First, the isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) microcapsules prepared with different core/shell ratios, emulsifier dosages and emulsification rates are characterized by field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM). They exhibit integral spherical shape when the core/shell ratio is 3:1 and emulsifier concentration is 2.52 wt %, and the diameter of IPDI microcapsules ranged from 2.66 μm to 11.25 μm is manufactured by adjusting emulsification rate over the range of 3000–9000 rpm. Besides, during the microencapsulation of polyaspartic acid ester (PAE), urea, tung oil, as well as aqueous isocyanate are proposed to improve the stability of PAE emulsion. SEM and FTIR results reveal that aqueous isocyanate can react with partial PAE and form polyurea (PU) layer to take protection effectively. Further, IPDI-PAE dual microcapsules are incorporated into epoxy coatings, the self-healing and anticorrosion performance of coatings with various amounts of microcapsules are investigated systematically. It was found that the degree of repair and anticorrosion are increased with increasing microcapsules loading, and the appropriate amount of microcapsules addition is 15 wt %, which corresponding to 93% repair efficiency. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The change of angle θ between laser cladding powder plane and substrate plane will lead to changes in cladding layer's geometric morphology. Therefore, we established a quantitative numerical prediction model for cladding layer geometry. In this model, we consider the variation of θ, the laser energy attenuation rate and the temperature rise of the powder particles. At the same time, the simulation results were verified by experiments. The results show that when θ is in the range of 50°~90°, the initial temperature is 298 K, the scanning speed is 3.75 mm/s, and the laser spot diameter is 4.5 mm, the Fe#1 powder cladding can achieve better forming effect on Q235. In general, with the decrease of θ, the height of the cladding layer decreases and the width of the layer increases. However, when θ is less than 50°, the quality of the formed morphology significantly deteriorated. The experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results, which verifies the validity and reliability of the model. This work provides a theoretical reference for further understanding the relationship between the laser cladding morphology and the incident angle.  相似文献

Faced with the problem of valid data shortage data in practical. There's not enough data to train classifiers which can be satisfied to detect impact-rubbing faults in rotary machine. Bedsides, the large number of noises in working enviroment make the useful signal contaminated. Based on this problem, this paper proposes a rubbing fault recognition method based on a generative adversarial nets named deep convolution generative adversarial nets (DCGAN), which is based on a deep convolutional network frame with generation and discrimination models. The acquired signal is processed by time frequency analysis further to get spectrogram. The DCGAN can perform feature conversion and map it to the potential feature subspace to obtain more robust features. The results illustrate that the proposed method can achieve a much more excellent recognition effect. Thus, the proposed DCGAN model is an effective way to recognize impact-rubbing fault in the practical.
